The NASCLA Honorary Membership Program was first established in 2006. NASCLA Honorary Membership status is available to those individuals who meet (1) of the following criteria: Member of the NASCLA Board of Directors for at least five (5) years or held the office of NASCLA President.
In 2006, the NASCLA Honorary Membership Presentation was held during the NASCLA 44th Annual Conference Banquet and Installation of Officers on Friday, August 25, 2006 at Camelback Inn Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona. The association inducted 62 Past Presidents and Board of Directors. There were (7) Past Presidents and (3) Board of Directors in attendance, they were all recognized for their outstanding service to the association.
