This Interactive Case Study will include issues and problems executive directors, board members, investigators and attorneys for licensing boards may encounter when handling a complaint filed against a contractor. Members of the audience will serve as board members and with the help of a hearing officer make a determination on the alleged violations. This session will include a moderator and panelists who after the mock hearing will discuss issues and problems raised during the investigation and complaint process of the case study.
