Responsible for:
The management of the Contractors' Registration Board programs including the implementation of the programs, rules and regulations, and dispute resolution process. The planning, directing, coordinating, supervising and reviewing of work of staff. Executing Board's policies, personnel management, and ensure program conforms to state law. Supervision and operation of office functions including but not limited to record maintenance system, an information system, preparation of budget, financial reports, investigations, enforcement and authorization of operating expenses. Coordination and collaboration with other advocate groups, private agencies, public officials, federal and state agencies, and the general public.

Architectural Access Coordinator:
Developed a comprehensive system to assure compliance with federal regulations on the handicapped; Surveyed all state owned and leased property in order to cite their deficiencies with respect to the Federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973, ADA compliance, and Rhode Island State Building Code accessibility requirements; developed and coordinated transition plans to enable accessibility for handicapped individuals; provided technical assistance to administrators in all state agencies; monitored new facilities for compliance to handicapped code.
