The National Association of State Contractors Licensing Agencies (NASCLA) announces the installation of its 2019/2020 Board of Directors and Executive Officers.

NASCLA's twenty-three (23) board members serve one-year terms from September to September, commencing at the association's annual conference each fall. This year's Officers and Board of Directors were appointed on Wednesday, August 28th, at NASCLA's 57th Annual Conference in Baltimore, Maryland.

Tim Norman, President, serves as the Executive Director for the North Carolina State Board of Examiners of Electrical Contractors

Stephanie Lee, 1st Vice President, serves as the Executive Director for the Mississippi State Board of Contractors.

David Fogt, 2nd Vice President, serves as the Registrar for the California Contractors State License Board.

Keith Warren, Treasurer, serves as the Executive Director for the Alabama Electrical Contractors Board.

Greg Crow, Treasurer-Elect, serves as the Administrator for the Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board.

Dale Dawson, Secretary, serves as the Executive Director for the North Carolina State Board of Examiners of Plumbing, Heating, and Fire Sprinkler Contractors.

Janet Baumberger, Immediate Past President, serves as the Administrator for the South Carolina Residential Builders Commission.

Melissa McBride, Past President, serves as the Contractor Compliance Program Analyst for the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries.

George Whalen, Fiscal Policy Representative, NASCLA Past President and Honorary Member

Kathy S. LeCroix, Fiscal Policy Representative, NASCLA Past President and Honorary Member

The NASCLA Board of Directors includes the association Officers and 18 others from contractor licensing agencies across the United States.
