Katherine joined NASCLA in October 2025. Her primary responsibilities are provide excellent customer service to candidates who have questions regarding the NASCLA Accredited Examination Program. She also holds a strong role within the Exam and Publications department, ensuring Individual Book Orders and vendor Purchase Orders are handled efficiently and accurately. Previous to NASCLA, Katherine brings a strong background in hospitality, event coordination, and administrative operations. With several years of experience working within both Hilton and Marriott, she has developed a deep understanding of customer service excellence, professional communication, and large-scale event support. Her work in these environments strengthened her skills in organization, workflow management, and problem-solving—expertise she now applies to her role at NASCLA.
In addition to her professional responsibilities, Katherine is a member of the Daughters of the British Empire.
