Programs & Marketing Coordinator
Madison joined NASCLA in July 2026 as the Programs and Marketing Coordinator. In this role, she supports the planning and execution of association programs and events while managing marketing initiatives, digital communications, and member engagement. She collaborates across departments to develop marketing materials, coordinate educational programs, and enhance the overall member experience.
Madison brings several years of experience in nonprofit, government, and community engagement, with a background in program management, marketing, event planning, strategic communications, and partnership development. Throughout her career, she has led large-scale events, managed community programs, developed marketing campaigns, and built collaborative relationships with stakeholders to advance organizational goals. Her passion for organization, creativity, and mission-driven work allows her to support NASCLA's commitment to serving its members and the construction licensing community.
Madison earned a Master of Nonprofit Leadership and Management from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Legal Reasoning and Analysis from Baylor University.
Outside of work, Madison enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, taking walks with her dog, Howdy, and reading.
