Programs & Events Specialist

Stephany joined NASCLA in February 2026 as the Programs and Events Specialist and will be leading planning efforts for NASCLA’s Annual Conference, Board of Directors mid-year meetings, committee meetings, educational programming, events, and training programs. In this role, she supports the coordination and delivery of programs that bring together licensing agencies, industry professionals, and stakeholders from across the construction community.

Stephany brings eight years of experience in event management and program coordination. Most recently, she served as a Corporate Event Specialist and previously worked as an Event Manager in the association and mission-driven nonprofit space. Throughout her career, she has planned and executed a wide range of events across nonprofit, corporate, and association environments, and has also organized social events through her own company.

A proud first-generation Dominican American, Stephany enjoys traveling, hosting gatherings for family and friends, and unwinding with a good binge-worthy TV series. She is also a devoted wife and mother of two.
