During this 60 minute webinar, attendees will be given a brief survey of national anti-regulatory sentiment and national active supervision and curative measures responsive to the FTC v. NC Dental Board holding and discuss and review best practices for regulators in the handling of: meetings, rulemaking, complaints, investigations, hearings and settlements, and communications with applicants and licensees. These practices will enable attendees to gain an understanding of best practices to avoid antitrust liability in the occupational licensure setting. Attendees will also be given a brief overview of Interstate Compacts and how they can be utilized to address these antitrust liability concerns.
