Subcontractor Shortages Continue as Virginia Moves to Alleviate Them

"Labor shortages are continuing throughout the entire construction industry, including among glazing companies, leading to an increase in training and certification programs in high schools and community colleges nationwide to address the issue. In Virginia, Gov. Ralph Northam launched the Build Virginia initiative, geared toward helping the state’s job seekers to train for and obtain employment in skilled trades."
