NASCLA NAMES 2024/2025 OFFICERS, BOARD OF DIRECTORS

PHOENIX, AZ – SEPTEMBER 2024

The National Association of State Contractors Licensing Agencies (NASCLA) announces the installation of its 2024/2025 Board of Directors and Executive Officers.

NASCLA’s 31 board members serve two-year terms from September to August, commencing at the association’s annual conference each fall.  This year’s Officers and Board of Directors were appointed on Wednesday, September 11th at NASCLA’s 62nd Annual Conference in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Officers include: David Fogt, President; Dale Dawson, 1st Vice President; Chris Huntington, 2nd Vice President; Melissa McBride, Treasurer; Tiffany Loveless, Secretary; Stephanie Lee, Immediate Past President; Tim Norman, Past President & Treasurer-Elect; Janet Baumberger, Fiscal Policy Representative; and George Whalen, Fiscal Policy Representative

David Fogt, President, serves as the Registrar for the California Contractors State License Board

Dale Dawson, 1st Vice President, serves as the Executive Director for the North Carolina State Board of Examiners of Plumbing, Heating, and Fire Sprinkler Contractors

Chris Huntington, 2nd Vice President, serves as the Administrator for the Oregon Construction Contractors Board

Melissa McBride, Treasurer, serves as the Contractor Compliance Chief for the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries

Tiffany Loveless, Secretary, serves as the Executive Director for the Alabama Licensing Board for General Contractors

Stephanie Lee, Immediate Past President, serves as the Executive Director for the Mississippi State Board of Contractors

Tim Norman, Past President & Treasurer-Elect, serves as the Executive Director for the North Carolina State Board of Examiners of Electrical Contractors

Janet Baumberger, Fiscal Policy Representative, serves as the Commission Executive for the South Carolina Residential Builders Commission

George Whalen, Fiscal Policy Representative, NASCLA Past President, and Honorary Member
