NASCLA is thrilled to announce that the NASCLA Board of Directors and Committee Chairs executed a new NASCLA Strategic Plan for 2021, 2022 & 2023! The NASCLA Strategic Plan will guide and lead the NASCLA Board of Directors, Committee Chairs and Staff over the next three (3) years with annual review periods to keep the strategic plan alive and fluid. For your review and information, please find attached the NASCLA Strategic Map that outlines the “New Strategic Focus Areas and Objectives” along with the identified “2021-2023 Strategies”.
